The candidate will be responsible for

Providing high-quality technical support for the InfoWARE software solutions across Nigeria
Working on other programming and documentation projects as required.
Deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users
Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
Participation in providing training to customers as required
Create Knowledge Base Articles / Technical Notes
File enhancement requests and work with product management / product marketing to understand requested product enhancements
Prioritize both time and projects, working independently
Listen, comprehend and communicate on the fly

Required Skills/Qualifications

Minimum of 2nd Class degree
Good skills using Windows operating systems
Ability to communicate effectively
Highly self-motivated and independent
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Extensive experience in examining, investigating and solving dynamic problems with ability to think "out-of-the-box” and develop creative solutions.
For Business support/consultants, a related degree in Finance or accounting is preferred
For Technical support, a related degree in computer science or Engineering is preferred and a Knowledge of SQL programming is an advantage

Responsibilities:
Strategy formulation and Execution of the Charity Component of the Company’s Not for Profit (NFP) Programs.

Accountabilities:

Monitor the environment for cases/intervention.
Draw up for approval by the Company. Annual and Quarterly Programs for giving effect to the Company’s Charity Strategy

Responsibilities:
To develop a Nutrition Strategy that will guide the development of the Company’s food/beverages menu/recipes and establish the Company as the clear leader in promoting healthy eating habits.

Accountabilities:

Develop a Nutrition Strategy for the Company and work with the Chef for the effective implementation of the strategy
Develop nutrition programs in line with the overall strategy
Lead internal research of local food items
The Company’s voice on health eating lifestyle
Direct the Company’s programs to promote healthy eating awareness


Profile:
Passionate about health eating living lifestyle and disposition to always keep abreast of current knowledge and literature on health lifestyle.

University degree/HND in nutrition, dietetics, food service systems management or related area
Minimum of a year cognate experience
