As well as hands-on field roles, we have a range of engineering opportunities in the office, laboratory, or factory, including reliability, supply chain management, R&D, and design. For reliability and supply chain management, we offer comprehensive three-year rotational training programs.
What you need
Some office or laboratory-based roles are open to those who have a Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering. For the majority of nonfield roles, we’re typically seeking people who’ve specialized in a relevant discipline.
We are seeking people who
are fluent in English (able to achieve Level 5 on a global English test)
have the legal right to work in the country in which you apply.
For supply chain roles, you will also need
Bachelor’s in supply chain management (MBA with a focus in supply chain management is a plus)
minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.5/4.0.
For reliability roles, you will also need a Master’s in
applied science
applied statistics
industrial engineering
mechanics
operations research
reliability engineering.
For R&D or design roles, you will also need
Ph.D. in engineering, physics or nuclear engineering.
We’re looking for people who are motivated and persistent, as well as resilient and adaptable. You will also need to show creative problem-solving and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
